Chef Daniela La Gamma grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and moved to Miami, Florida in 1998. She became a vegetarian while finishing high school and pursued this philosophy of life to later apply it in her passion for cooking.
After graduating from Miami’s LE CORDON BLEU culinary school in 2005, she began her career at The Fairmont Hotel, enhancing her formal education by studying alongside Vegetarian and Vegan Chefs.
After years of working as a very successful private chef, Daniela’s vision of offering her cuisine to all has become a reality with the opening of Mi Vida Café.
For Mi Vida Café it’s first and most important to be animal caring, therefore encouraging a vegetarian diet and a healthy conscious lifestyle.
