Zuma’s internationally acclaimed chef Rainer Becker brings modern Japanese cuisine to downtown Miami. With locations in London, Hong Kong, Istanbul and Dubai, now the location in Miami offers a sophisticated and brilliant style of dining.

The design for the restaurant was created by Tokyo based Noriyoshi Muramatsu of Studio Glitt.  Each of the restaurants the concept behind Zuma’s interior incorporates natural products and textures found in each location.

Zuma has a main dining area, sushi counter and robata grill, private room, sake bar and lounge and a terrace. The enticing menu has authentic but not traditional dishes with an emphasis on simplicity. From snacks, soups and salads you can find prawn and black cod dumplings or spicy lobster miso soup. Zuma’s cold dishes has a variety of different flavor ranging from homemade chilled tofu served with traditional condiments to sea bass sashimi with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe. There are many options to choose from the robata grill, tempura, Zuma’s signature dishes, sushi and sashimi, and desserts. Also at Zuma are set lunch, for the time conscious business person in the busy downtown district and for those with more time to spend on delicacies Zuma has a brunch menu.
