The Forge owner’s Shareef Malnik’s mantra is “Our menu is ingredient based and inspired by fresh open markets.” The Forge has a menu of savory snacks, salads, starters, pastas and risottos, meat, and fish. The Forge Wine Bar has won “Best Wine Selection in a Restaurant 2010” awarded by Miami New Times. “Kid Friendly Sunday Brunch” for a spectacular brunch even for kids with activities, art and crafts and healthy fun food. Kids under five enjoy the amenities free. The dessert menu has special treats like The Forge Soufflé, with chocolate, grand marnier, “marble”, bourbon, hazelnut, apple cinnamon, smores, pistachio, local mango with green tea syrup and takes thirty minutes to prepare. Also on the dessert menu is coconut peppercorn flan made with homestead lycheewood plank and brulée bananas, sparkling lychee wine.
